Losing weight - it's not th...

Yeah, right now im trying to hold a diet, which proves to be harder than i thought it would.
Im focussing on both, the amount of Food im eating and trying to hold a balanced Diet, eating lots of Vegetables and almost no Fat or Meat, not to mention Sweets.
I find it much easier to reorganize what im eating than reducing how much Food im grabbing in one Day.
I guess it will take some time until my body grows accustomed to my new lifestyle, but until then i guess i have to live with this feeling of an empty stomach, which proves to be pretty hard.
